This consists of a single storey extension, to be built at the rear of the school. This will facilitate the conversion of the existing staff room and resources room to become school classrooms and two existing classrooms will become SEN classrooms, with an associated external sensory play area on a raised deck. There will be other associated alterations and refurbishment. The start date and the contract period are to be proposed by the tendering contractor with a view to - minimising construction costs - minimising disturbance to the school during the construction period.
