Digital Visitor Engagement is a strand of the Business & Tourism programme that will deliver two major new capabilities for the West Midlands: - The Digital Visitor Information Network (DVIN) - Integrated Digital Engagement Analytics (IDEA) The winning suppliers will generate a strategy and implementation for Strand 1 and Strand 2 that will raise awareness and improve perceptions of the UK and the West Midlands in the leisure tourism, cultural tourism and business tourism sectors. A third stand of this tender requires the procurement of a Digital Consultant to provide a visitor experience and capability audit of our core channels in the DVIN.
