The primary objective of the RSI Fund is to help people sleeping rough off the streets; help those who have moved off the streets to successfully progress away from rough sleeping; and prevent those in crisis, and at imminent risk, from sleeping rough. The WMCA is therefore seeking submissions from relevant organisations to deliver outcomes through the RSI Fund 2020-21 made up of 6 different Lots. The contract for each Lot will be based on the Memorandum of Understanding document. Bids are being assessed on the basis of the evaluation criteria outlined in the Specification document and only those organisations that have answered all of the Standard Selection Questionnaire questions and provided all supporting documents satisfactorily will go on to have their tenders evaluated.
