The service shall be integrated with Universal Services to operate throughout the geographical area of Derbyshire (excluding Derby City) working more closely and effectively together to achieve client/patient/person centred outcomes and meeting the growing demand to improve the Service Users experience and health outcomes. Contract Commencement 01 October 2020. The initial contract period is for three (3) years with options to extend for up to two further 12 month periods.
