We want to put the UK at the forefront of AI industries and unlock the productivity benefits of these emerging technologies for the whole country. To do so we need to support businesses to adopt AI technology and inspire diverse uptake of AI (and associated) skills and jobs. The communications team supports the objectives of the department by developing strategic, evidence-based, plans and campaigns to engage target audiences. DCMS commissioned research to strengthen the evidence base around our work on artificial intelligence.
