These works will be based on a schedule of rates. It is estimated that the value of the works will not exceed £100,000.00 in any one financial year. This annual figure is indicative and the actual value of the works may vary. The Contract shall be awarded for four years, starting during November 2020 and terminating on the 31 March 2024. The works will be carried out in four phases, starting and completing as follows.
