Using the finest ingredients, including Cornish clotted cream, the confections are made following traditional recipes with open copper pans over direct heat. We are looking to invest in a new chocolate production line and this procurement exercise relates to this investment. The purchase of this system is part of a grant funded application process and therefore procurement will be subject to grant approval of the project as a whole. Additional information: We have published four separate tenders; BIGTP029 - ITT purchase of ancillary kitchen equipment, BIGTP029\_2 - ITT purchase of a conche /refiner, BIGTP029\_4 - ITT purchase of a chocolate depositing line, BIGTP029\_3 - ITT purchase of chocolate temperer. These separate machinery investments will work together forming a single production line.
