[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender ### Project Description Swindon Borough Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake Door Entry Systems and Associated Works The contractor will be required to: • Installation of door entry systems • Installation of communal security doors • Upgrade of the communal lighting system • Decoration to internal communal areas • Flooring to internal communal areas Full details relating to the requirements are provided in the Tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ### Contract Period The contract will be for a 12 month period commencing 1st November 2019. The total value of this contract is approximately £423,000 for the contract term. The works will be split into 3 Lots, Lot 1 will comprise of decoration and flooring. Lot 2 will comprise of the installation of door entry systems, communal entrance security doors and an upgrade of communal lighting.
