Services needed will include; Quarterly TVC Sampling, Legionella Sampling, System Sampling, System Temp checks, CWS Tank inspections, CWST Open vent Checks, Expansion Vessel Flushing, CCA Sampling, and Chlorine Dioxide Routine checks, shower head descales/disinfection and TMV maintenance, Monthly water temp testing required and mandatory. and Water Risk assessments for all BCH sites shall be every 2 years. All bidders are required to attach their Business Continuity plan following the current pandemic crisis. This will be scored on a PASS/FAIL basis.
