The Authority has prepared a draft specification of requirements and requests that interested suppliers provide indication of their ability to meet these requirements. The Authority has also prepared a more general pre-market engagement questionnaire, seeking more general feedback from the market on the draft requirements and possible routes to market. The Authority is also requesting indicative pricing. The purpose of this pre-market engagement exercise is to allow the Authority to assess the capabilities of the market and to refine its specification and approach to the procurement of this requirement. The pre-market engagement questionnaires, draft requirements and further guidance documentation can be accessed via the Bravo procurement portal - please refer to the additional information section for further instructions.
