New fire protection products are to be installed in all areas as identified in the Oakleaf report. Note the Oakleaf report is based On visual fire compartmentation study only and therefore is limited in its accuracy. The incumbent contractor to undertake bespoke Invasive survey within each agreed area of work / block in order to establish a definitive Scope, quantity, programme and cost. Additional information: The entire tendering process must be carried out through the ProActis (Due North) ProContract system.
