The value of works to be issued will likely be between the values of £5000.00 and £250000.00 Tenderers must allow within their tendered percentage for visiting site with the client and producing a schedule of codes and quantities with any tendered adjustments (for the client) to fully undertake the required repairs. Orders will be raised on an individual basis for each `project`. The contractor will be required to submit one percentage adjustment to the stated schedule.
