The Council had previously tendered and contracted for a Lead Provider and a number of Additional Providers for each of 6 geographically based Lots and has now established a list of "Supplementary Providers" within each area to support the existing structure. The Lead Provider and Additional Providers are expected to pick-up the majority of referrals and the Supplementary Provider List will supply extra capacity, ensuring that all Referrals are responded to quickly and positively.
