Details of each booking (including prices and dates etc) are to be agreed in advance between the EA and the College but will always be benchmarked against local provision to ensure VFM for the tax payer. This contract number (ecm\_57962) will be used for administrative purposes to enable individual bookings to be raised and paid for via the EAs payment system for the duration of the EA WEW contract (ecm55576) with the college. EA Std terms and conditions will be used at the time of bookings. The EA Contract Manager will raise POs at their relevant time, quoting this contract number.
