Accordingly, the University is pleased to invite you to tender for the provision of a service desk management system. Please note that completed tenders and all communications should be made via In-Tend. Please also note that there are two stages to the return of completed tenders: - Supplier Questionnnaire to be returned by 12:00 on 20th March 2020 as an attachment to the 'create correspondence' function in In-Tend. Please state 'Supplier Questionnaire Returned' in the title of the correspondence. - Tender Response to be returned by 12:00 on 9th April 2020 via 'attach document' and 'submit return' functions in the ITT tab in In-Tend.
