[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender This bidding opportunity is for a specialist measured term contractor that can support Southampton City Council in delivering a wide range of general mechanical services to a range of public and civic buildings, schools, and other non-domestic and domestic premises owned, managed, leased or supported by SCC; all to agreed standards and in a timely, consistent, cost effective and safe manner. ### Such services shall generally comprise:- - planned maintenance & term servicing; - breakdown and repair services (inc emergency call-outs); - replacements; to a range of commercial plant and equipment, including: - commercial boilers (primarily gas, but also oil and biomass); - heating systems & hot and cold water plant and services; - ventilation and air conditioning equipment; - and associated equipment and control systems including all electrical and builders work associated with these mechanical services.
