The tenderer/s who submits the Most Economically Advantageous Tender, (MEAT) will be awarded the contract.\\r The contract will involve Supply, design and installation of a fully compliant 'turn key' modular toilet facility (including base structure/ foundation and drainage with cold water and electrical supplies) complete with installation and connection of all utility services required and any other associated works required.
