The team provides expert advice across Highways England in matters of disputes, litigation and commercial resolution, in order to protect the commercial interests of Highways England. The purpose of this work package contract is to obtain expert technical advice on a claim for additional costs submitted by one of our Suppliers. There is also potential for Highways England to instigate a counter claim against the Supplier.
