At Bristol City Council we have a desire to rationalise our contractual and technological landscape. We have some other payment systems that which we would potentially replace with the new solution when they reach end of contract. These include Merchant Acquirer services for car parks, library kiosks and face to face payments in our Customer Service Point. The system must be able to be scalable in order to take on these, and possibly other additional payment types, at later dates during the life of the contract.
