However, work to develop this offer will begin in 2020/21. To inform this work, we now need an external company with previous knowledge and experience of similar briefs to review the tram customer offer with a fresh pair of eyes. By helping us to gather and apply improved insight across the entire customer journey, you will contribute to the development of a future tram service that is responsive and attractive to both existing and new customers.
