Wolverhampton Homes undertakes response repairs and maintenance to the Housing Stock using its In-house Team Repairs and Project Teams, supported by a number of specialist contractors. A suitably qualified and experienced Contractor is required to support the In-house Team by providing repairs to burst water mains including remedial works to disturbed areas to original condition. Services include the following: • Detection, reporting and repairing underground burst pipes to incoming water mains to any property within Wolverhampton City Boundary • Where necessary renewing water mains completely • Following repairs and replacement works complete all remedial works to disturbed areas to original condition. The form of Contract will be the JCT MTC 2016.
