The cultural sector, as part of the region's wider creative industries, is a key component of the Local Industrial Strategy and the Creative Industries Sector Plan. This proposal is focused on the cultural sector infrastructure & assets, economic impact, tourism visitor data, employment, skills and diversity. The key focus is to produce a pre-Covid baseline, although estimates for changes and future impacts should also be included where relevant.
