Existing Panel members need not re-apply unless they are submitting for additional Lots not awarded previously. This Provider Panel will become the principal mechanism to the used by Durham County Council and Clinical Commissioning Groups for North Durham, and Durham Dales, Easington and Sedgefield, for procuring support services for people with Learning Disabilities or people who have Mental Health needs in County Durham. The Agreement is to provide (on a non-exclusive basis as called off from time to time) services within County Durham for Durham County Council Clinical Commissioning Groups for North Durham, and Durham Dales, Easington and Sedgefield ("the Contract").
