Requirements are to supply, install, commission and provide training for minimum 3 staff to operate the system and any other equipment. The system will be used within a manufacturing production line and therefore requires a level of software automation and robustness to operate in this environment. It is also expected that the supplier will provide technical support to aid the AMRCs research and development. - Lot 2 Overview The Battery Cell Conveyor and Mechanical Grading system will convey battery cells through the following processes: - transfer cells from input buffer (10 cells) to conveyance system - laser marking system (see Lot1 for details) - length and diameter measurement system (includes positioning to allow measurement, sensors are not part of this tender) - collect 3 grades of cell in three buffers Requirements are to supply, install, commission and provide training for minimum 3 staff to operate the system and any other equipment. It is also expected that the supplier will provide technical support to aid the AMRCs research and development.
