The appointed lead consultant will work closely with the Project Team to produce a robust, well researched and imaginative report (RIBA Stages 0 & 1) in the timeline laid down within this brief. The work must be of sufficient detail to allow BCP Council to choose an option to progress into RIBA Stage2. Once the selected option has been approved by BCP the consultant will produce RIBA Stage 2 report.
