This Contractors Preferred Supplier List will include the following Lots: - Lot 1 New Build £0 up to £2m - Lot 2 New Build £2m up to £4.7m - Lot 3 Refurbishment £0 up to £2m - Lot 4 Refurbishment £2m up to £4.7m Please note that potential suppliers can only apply to a maximum of 2 (two) Lots. Project schemes will not exceed c.£4.7m in value. Connected focuses primarily on new build accommodation for private rent, private sale, intermediate, shared ownership and affordable rent through both Connected-led and Section 106 schemes. Connected also produce care schemes and some community, retail and commercial buildings. In addition, Connected delivers regeneration schemes.
