The whole project will incorporate approximately 5000m2 of Professional Services accommodation. Once the redesign is approved, the contractor will then plan and deliver the proposal under a Design and Build JCT form of contract. Lancaster University is inviting expressions of interest (EOI) from contractors interested in tendering for the above project works. Additional information: This EOI has been made available through the University's electronic tendering portal (In-Tend). Tenderers must submit their responses to the EOI through this same portal by the deadline stipulated in the letter.
