The work is restricted to Ladies and Gents toilets as identified in this document and on the plan drawings associated with this document. It is proposed that all other areas of the building and external areas will remain in use by Office staff and visitors to the building. It is a requirement that a single Main Contractor (acting as Principal Contractor under the CDM Regulations) is contracted to carry out the Works. The Main Contractor shall appoint his own Sub-Contractors accordingly.
