The operational technology environment is changing significantly. Major developments underway are introducing completely new ways in which Highways England manages its operational technology systems, services and equipment. These developments facilitate a more adaptable approach to cater for the ever changing and evolving nature of operational technology. These changing needs put demands on the existing technology, which may require either enhancements to existing or development of new functionality/new products.
