The Hartington Unit consists of three adult acute inpatient wards and works are to be carried out in each ward on a rolling programme. The works include the removal of dormitory bay curtaining and the installation of part height partitions to divide each dormitory. The wards and Unit will remain fully operational 24/7 during the works programme and tenderers will have to provide evidence of experience of working in a mental health hospital. Working hours may be limited to between the hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm.
