This is notification of a contract awarded to Oxford Global Projects Ltd. for the provision of routewide Reference Class Forecasting services to HS2 Ltd.

The supplier will provide the following:

- Update and tailor the existing Reference Classes for HS2, for phases 1, 2a and 2b, and development of further reference classes for activities that emerge as key risk areas
- Engagement of internal and external stakeholders to support the Reference Class Forecasting updates
- Integrate Reference Class Forecasting and Quantitative Risk Assessment analyses
- Quarterly reviews of key risks
- Design and delivery of internal training on the treatment of risk and uncertainty in major projects
- Design and delivery of external stakeholder training on risk management
