These will only be given to service users who are signed up to the QuitReady stop smoking programme and are engaged with the service for 12 weeks or more and are receiving behavioural intervention with weekly contact from a stop smoking advisor. E-Cigarettes would be an adjunct to pharmacotherapy and will form part of the wider nicotine-containing product offer.
