To this end, Leicestershire County Council has previously invested public funds through three contracts (Phase 1, and Phase 2 and 3), to extend the availability of NGA infrastructure in areas where no commercial plans were available from market players as verified through State Aid Public Consultations to almost 97 % of premises in the county. The County Council intends to run a new procurement to secure a telecom provider(s) to deploy Next Generation Access solutions - those capable of achieving a minimum of 30Mbps download speed - for the remaining areas in scope for NGA deployment. Interested suppliers are requested to submit the Expression of Interest and Code of Conduct documents by 28th May 2020. ## CPV classification Telecommunications services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/b0a6af27-9c81-4cc7-8a24-3d9e07e077c2) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
