The works will need to be undertaken to NBS and current building regulation standards. The building contract to be used will be the JCT Intermediate form without Quantities. The tenderer will need to submit a lump sum fixed price. Additional information: A tender pack will be issued to those suppliers that submit an expression of interest to: by the closing date for this notice (22/07/2020). The tenders will be opened by members of the Trust Management Team and you will be advised as soon as possible whether the tender submitted by you has been recommended for acceptance.
