It is expected that 200 modular houses will be erected on 8-10 sites in the first 5 years of the contract, with potential for a further 100 homes in a further 4-6 sites if the contact extension is used. Additional Information: The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH), on behalf of PLACE, is seeking expressions of interest from interested organisations for the above services and / or goods.
