The initial contract term will be for 24 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months (1 period of 24 months) for a potential total contract term of 4 years as stated in the RFQ documents. This procurement is for the provision of confidential waste paper destruction and recycling services to a wide range of properties within the Council's portfolio. Due to the nature of the Council's portfolio and financial challenges, over the course of this contract there are likely to be additions, reductions and removals from this list. Full details relating to the Services are provided in the RFQ documents. To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, [supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk](https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk), then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents.
