Like other borough's the COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on local communities and on the council's financial position, the requirement to transform at pace is now more important than ever. One of the cross-cutting transformation themes is focused on RBK being a 'Leading Council' - Kingston leading the way; developing a 21st century digital council with engaged citizens. The council's customer experience, business support and revenue and benefits services are a key area of transformational focus as part of this Leading Council theme. ## CPV classification Market and economic research; polling and statistics Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/ae5bb629-66e6-4ed5-97ec-e9a80b99c752) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
