Following agreement with the Council to tender the maintenance works identified above, produce a detailed specification, complete the tendering exercise and produce a tender report ensuring that the accepted tender demonstrates value for money. To supervise the maintenance works undertaken. The Council would require the identified planned maintenance works to be completed by the 30th November each year. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
