The purpose of the study is as follows : - To gain in-depth insight into the people's experience of children and young people's universal and acute services. - To use the knowledge gained to feed into the redesign of children and young people's universal and acute services. - To support the development of a culture change across children and young people's services, promoting a culture of compassion and empathy in the city's public sector workforce. Outputs include the production of a glossy A5 publication, the delivery of ten workshops with staff, and the delivery of a knowledge sharing event towards the end of the contract period. This contract will be for a period of 5 months commencing 19/10/20 until 19/03/21. The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
