The external evaluator will have contact with partner organisations, briefing them to ensure relevant data for activity is collected in a consistent way and can be meaningfully aggregated with onsite NPG evaluation data. Additional information: The date provided at item 10 is the tender return date. Please note that a Non Disclosure Agreement will need to be signed before we can release some of the information in the specification.
