The scope is to include primary and secondary entrance matting, carpet tile, broadloom carpet, roll vinyl, safety vinyl, acoustic vinyl, vinyl tile, linoleum, static control flooring, rubber flooring and laminate flooring. The framework is going to be available to all members of NEUPC, as well as all members of LUPC, SUPC, HEPCW and NWUPC.
