This project covers the whole of the East Midlands and is on behalf of all of the local authorities within the region which have statutory responsibilities for Looked After Children: Derby City, Derbyshire, Leicester City, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Nottingham City, Nottinghamshire and Rutland.
