The object of the FHSF is to breathe new life into town centres and high streets in ways to help them evolve and adapt to changes in consumer demand and expectations. These changes are to be transformational; and ensure a thriving town centre able to sustain itself, its community and businesses. To progress with the next phase of grant assessment the Council is now required to develop a full business case for capital investment by the FHSF in support of the proposals and strategic ambition outlined in the EoI. Thanet District Council invites tenders from a suitably qualified multi-disciplinary professional consultancy teams to undertake a study to assess the feasibility and deliverability of workspace provision, aimed at the creative industries, in Ramsgate town centre. The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 24 January, 2020 for a duration of 22 weeks. The procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of formal quotations. Evaluation will be on the basis of criteria and methodology as set out in the Invitation to Quote document.
