As the floor is listed, the Council would like to appoint a specialist contractor to install replacement Teak parquet flooring and thresholds. The Council has also included an option for bidder to quote to provide once yearly maintenance for the newly installed Teak parquet floor for a period of five years, in order to extend the lifespan of the floor.
