This Consultants Preferred Supplier List will include the following disciplines only and will facilitate the delivery of Connected's new build and refurbishment schemes over the next 4 years: - Lot 1 Principal Designers - Lot 2 Mechanical & Electrical Consultants Please note that potential suppliers can apply to both Lots. Consultancy services will not exceed c.£189k per annum. Connected focuses primarily on new build accommodation for private rent, private sale, intermediate, shared ownership and affordable rent through both Connected-led and Section 106 schemes. Connected also produce care schemes and some community, retail and commercial buildings. In addition, Connected delivers regeneration schemes.
