The FFF system needs to be appropriate for use with wide-ranging sample types, including macromolecules, biomolecular assemblies, self-assembled materials such as micelles and vesicles, inorganic nanoparticles. Inline analysis of samples should allow determination of the concentrations and the size and shape of the constituents.
