Service Provider(s), will be expected to deliver an Enforcement Agent service in respect of recovery of Council Tax, Non-Domestic Rates, Commercial Rents, Housing Arrears such as Garage Rents, Tenant Recharges and Leaseholder Service Charges, Excess Parking Penalty Charge Notices (ECN), Commercial Rent Arrears, Sundry Income Debts, Housing Benefit Overpayments, the service of documents and any such other debts as and when OCC requires.
