Each Bidder's response ('Tender') should be detailed enough to allow the Authority to make an informed award decision. All Tenders must be returned no later than the deadline for receipt of Tenders specified on the front cover of this ITT. The Authority is using the In-Tend e-tendering portal to conduct the procurement process ('the e-Tendering Portal').
