The programme is funded by West Essex CCG with Local Transformation Plan monies. The contract duration is set to align with the current Southend, Essex and Thurrock Children & Young People's Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health (SET CAMHS) Service. The scope of the SET CAMHS service is currently being developed by the collaborative partners within Essex. Through these discussions a decision will be made whether this service sits within the scope of the main CAMHS service and will be procured with it or not.
