This includes approximately 18,000 houses and bungalows, 2,000 high rise flats and almost 8,000 low rise flats (including independent living accommodation for older people). Nottingham City Homes is a not-for-profit company run by a Board of non-executive directors. The Board is made up of tenants, leaseholders, councillors nominated by Nottingham City Council and independent members. Our strategic goals are set out within our Corporate Plan: • To listen to our residents and deliver an excellent housing service • To make all our estates great places to live • To build high quality, affordable new homes for local people • To diversify our services, reinvesting in our communities • To be a great place to work. ### Overall Requirements Nottingham City Homes in partnership with Nottingham City Council wishes to appoint a developer through the open tender procedure for the design development and construction of forty eight apartments. The site which is the subject of this tender is: ### Oakdene Woodborough Road ### St Ann's Nottingham ### NG3 1AH Design quality will be a key element in the evaluation of the tenders received as the projects will set a benchmark for future regeneration projects in the districts involved. Information has been prepared up to RIBA Stage 3 and is pending planning application approval by Nottingham City Council Development.
